Refund Policy
At DC ARTS EPAY, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality design and logo Design services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties, considering the time and effort invested in every project. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If work has begun but is not completed, a partial refund may be considered, depending on the progress made.
- No refunds will be issued once the final design files, edited images, or completed projects have been delivered.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if no work has started.
- If you cancel after the first draft has been delivered, only 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
- If the project is near completion or fully delivered, no cancellations will be accepted.
Revisions & Adjustments
- We offer free revisions as per the terms outlined in our service agreement.
- If you are dissatisfied, we will make reasonable adjustments, but refunds will not be granted for preference-based changes.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees (PayPal, credit card processing fees, etc.) may be deducted from the refund amount.
